Maria Baloch

Maria Baloch, a PhD student originally from Pakistan, completed her Bachelor's in Software Engineering at Mehran UET, Hyderabad. She currently works as a Graduate Research Assistant at Koncordant Lab, where her research interests center on applying semantic web methods to organize and interpret complex biological data. Her work involves improving BioAssays by leveraging existing ontologies, ensuring more consistent and accurate data analysis. Outside of academia, Maria is a mother to a young daughter and enjoys cooking healthy meals for her
