Nirmal Gelal

Nirmal is a second year PhD student at Kansas State University, who joined Koncordant Lab as Graduate Research Assistant in Spring 2024 under the supervision of Dr. Hande Kucuk McGinty. He is from Lalitpur, Nepal and has completed his undergraduate from Patan Multiple Campus affiliated to Tribhuvan University. He is currently working on building knowledge graph for GRIP project as a research assistant.
Some specific topics of interest of him include but are not limited to downstream AI applications of OWL and KGs.
During his free time, he likes to hang out with friends and explore new places and also loves music.
