Revanth Babu Raavi

Master's Student

Revanth is a first-year master's student majoring in computer science at Kansas State University. He currently holds the position of Graduate Research Assistant, specializing in artificial intelligence and knowledge graphs, and works under the guidance of Dr. Hande Kucuk McGinty.
Earlier, he had one year of experience as a software developer in full-stack Java development. He was involved in developing an asset solution tool for Accenture's client operations. For this, he used React JS for the front end, Core Java for the business logic, and PostgreSQL for the backend database. He also worked on creating microservices, involving the development and implementation of an e-commerce shopping website using Rest APIs, Spring Boot, HTML, and JSP.

Moreover, he has completed two machine learning projects and one computer vision project, demonstrating his interest in the field of AI. He had considerable experience with programming languages like C++, Java, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. He possesses skills in writing SQL, Cypher, and SPARQL queries using popular database servers such as MySQL, Neo4j, and Graph DB servers. Besides his coding skills, he has a thorough understanding of software development methodologies.

He is very enthusiastic to bring his skillsets, creativity, and experiences to new challenges and opportunities.
